Leanne Bonner-Cooke – MBE

With a passion for business transformation using innovative software, e-bate Limited was Leanne's brainchild after seeing the potential for the solution across multiple industries globally.

Prior to launching e-bate, Leanne was founder and CEO for Evolve-IT Consulting Ltd, a software development and consulting business. With a strong and a determined drive for business improvements through technology, Leanne has developed an award-winning business and was awarded an MBE for Services to Women in Business in 2018 as part of the New Year Honours list. With over 20 years' experience in senior roles in the technology sector, Leanne has also been awarded the title of Businesswoman of the Year, in 2015 and 2017 and has successfully brought business software and services to corporate customers on a global scale.



Paul Eccleston

Paul Eccleston is the founder and Executive Chairman of the Nuvias Group, the fast-growing, value-add EMEA IT distributor. A business leader with over 30 years' international IT channel experience, Paul has an outstanding record of leading and growing companies in international IT distribution. He is known for his inclusive, collaborative approach and for his warmth. Paul founded Nuvias based on an innovative philosophy, redefining specialist distribution in IT to deliver tailored services with a high level of integration to channel partners across EMEA.

Paul served as Nuvias' CEO prior to his current role, leading Nuvias to become a leading VAD, worth in excess of £500M.

Marcin Kleczynski

Marcin Kleczynski is CEO and co-founder of Malwarebytes, a cybersecurity company specialising in fighting malware. Marcin is wholeheartedly committed to the belief everyone deserves the right to a malware-free existence.

In 2004 after accidentally infecting his family computer, Marcin built his own programme to eliminate the malware, and started giving it away for free. In the following years Marcin worked from his student accommodation at the University of Illinois and the company quickly gained a massive fan-base. By Marcin’s graduation, Malwarebytes was a multi-million dollar company. Malwarbeytes now has millions of customers, still offers a free product and employs 750+ people.



Ian Moyse – Natterbox

Ian Moyse, EMEA Sales Director Natterbox is also an industry cloud social influencer and is widely published on matters of Cloud and Sales Leadership. Ian is called upon to blog and social influence by many cloud vendors such as IBM, HP, Oracle, SAP amongst others and was rated #1 cloud influencer by Onalytica. He was awarded UK Sales Director of the year by BESMA and in 2019 was listed in the top 50 Sales Keynote speakers by Top Sales World.



Andrew Stevens – President and CEO, CNet Training

Andrew has been involved in the international telecommunications and data centre industries for the past 26 years, starting his career within the manufacturing and distribution arenas. 

He joined CNet Training in 1997 as Sales Director and has been CEO since 2004. Andrew has always been an active member of numerous industry trade bodies including the AFCOM, TIA, Uptime Institute, Green Grid, BCS and DCA. He created the global data centre education framework and has been instrumental in the development of the only truly mapped qualifications and certifications for the data centre industry. 

Andrew has also been awarded a number of industry accolades for his work including the legacy associated with working with the ODA Employment & Skills Team for the 2012 Olympic Delivery Authority, educating unemployed individuals with the Certified Network Cable Installer (CNCI ® ) certification and, as a result, providing certified network cable installers to the Olympic project. Today the CNCI ® certification has been adopted by the industry as the standard certification for network cable installers. He has also accepted an invitation to become a Trustee of the Edge Foundation, an independent education charity dedicated to raising the status of technical, practical and vocational learning via UTC’s and Career Colleges.



Lisa Ventura – CEO & Founder of the UK Cyber Security Association

Lisa Ventura is an award-winning Cyber Security consultant and the CEO and Founder of the UK Cyber Security Association (UKCSA), a membership association that is dedicated to individuals and companies who actively work in cyber security in the UK. She has over 10 years’ experience in the cyber security industry and is passionate about raising awareness of being more cyber aware in business to help prevent cyber-attacks and cyber fraud. She is a thought leader, author and keynote speaker and has been published in various publications globally. Lisa is also a strong advocate for women in cyber security, the cyber skills gap and neurodiversity.
