| Ringdale smooths router
route Network connectivity specialist Ringdale has released the IP Router, a network device designed to improve network efficiency by ensuring greater control and smoother operation of an Ethernet network. Ringdale’s IP Router enables IP packets to be sent from one network or sub-network to another network either on a local or wide area network and across the Internet, if required. According to Ringdale, its IP Router offers a cost-effective alternative hardware solution that can replace any ‘software router’ running on a fileserver — "the device remains operational and will not stop TCP/IP from running even when the fileserver is not available," Ringdale claims. |
