| Buffalo stampede into the
European market Melco company, TechWorks, has just introduced a range of very competitively priced networking products. This is the first time that Melco's Buffalo brand, which dominates the workgroup market in Japan, has been seen in Europe. Top of the initial range of connectivity products is the Buffalo LSW10/100-8H - an 8 port 10Mbps/100Mbps Switching Hub with automatic negotiation and optional manual setting overrides priced at only £149.00 + VAT. Each port of the LSW10/100-8H can be pre-selected for Auto-Negotiation ON/OFF, Speed and Duplex mode, by three dip-switch settings. It supports either full duplex or half duplex operation in 100Base-TX or 10Base-T modes. |
